The Club is proud to bring you this popular interactive seminar with Auckland Physiotherapy and Feel Fresh Nutrition that focuses on how to energise yourself at work. Expect nutritional tips you can include to increase concentration and energy levels, how to integrate beneficial movement without needing activewear, easy speedy workplace meal ideas, and creating an energised body through breathing, movement and posture tips. You will leave with a positive view on how you can interact with your workday to manage weight, energy, concentration and reduce aches and pains.
This event will be hosted by Abbie O`Rourke, owner of Feel Fresh Nutrition and a Registered Qualified Nutritionist (NSNZ).
Abbie works one-on-one with clients, runs nationwide intensive nutritional programs, and creates personalised effective programs for companies, small and large, New Zealand-wide.
